SHIPPING & FREIGHT

Gardens at Night dispatches goods Australia-wide only. Instore pick-up can be facilitated from our Melbourne and Sydney stores.

Normally orders are dispatched within 5 business days of the purchase order being received. However 6-7 business days or more may be required for busy periods. Within Australia, delivery times are estimated between 3-10 business days depending on your location.

Generally, our courier will deliver the goods during business hours. Drivers will require a signature upon delivery. If you will not be at the ship-to address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card in your mail box with instructions for collection at your nearest pickup location.

If the courier is unable to deliver the parcel to you after 2 weeks, they will return the parcel to us at our expense. If the error was as a result of Gardens at Night sending the parcel to the incorrect address or we have nominated an incorrect service and the parcel has been returned to us, we will immediately reship the parcel to your correct address free of charge.

If the parcel has been returned to us as a result of error or inaction on your part, then as a condition of us resending the parcel back to you, we reserve the right to pass on any additional charges that we incur for the return of the parcel to us as a result of your error or inaction and further, the additional delivery costs to have the parcel reshipped to you at your nominated address.

Subject to the ACL, all freight and insurance costs are to be borne by the buyer and the buyer assumes any risk of loss, theft, damage or delay of goods during transit (commencing from the point at which the goods are dispatched from our premises). Error or inaction on your part may be, but is not limited to the following and is determined at the discretion of Gardens at Night:

  • You entering an incorrect or incomplete address (including omitting a company name where delivery is to a business address)
  • You failing to claim the parcel for more than 7 days from date of the card notification in your mailbox advising you of attempted delivery.
  • If you opt to cancel the order as a result of the item being returned to us, we will provide you with a refund or credit memo, less all shipping costs incurred and our restocking fee of up to 15% of the total order value.
  • All transactions processed through the gan.com.au online store are processed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST. Refer to Conditions of Sale

International Shipping Unfortunately we do not currently offer International Shipping. Our orders are limited to Australia-wide only.
