RETURNS POLICY

Change Of Mind:

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind following your purchase of our goods. Please choose carefully, as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind. We recommend you carefully preview all items before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your final order. If you make an error, please contact our online store immediately for assistance at onlineorder@gan.com.au. Refer to Conditions of Sale.

 

Faults:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns Process:

If we agree to allow you to return any defect-free goods following your change of mind, please ensure the following steps are followed:

  • Report your return to Gardens at Night by completing the Returns Form and email to onlineorder@gan.com.au
  • Please wait for our email reply and we will send you instructions to follow the return process
  • Pack the goods to be returned as carefully as possible
  • The value of the goods (less a restocking fee of up to 15%) will be credited to your account as soon as they have arrived in our warehouse and have completed an inspection. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • Our intention is to ensure that the returns process is easy, efficient and cost-efficient for all parties
