From our Melbourne and Sydney Showrooms, our team of professionals assist with lighting advice and consultations for high end residential landscaping projects. Our technicians are also available for installation of lighting systems.
Our Showrooms are a green oasis that shine light on our range of lights and accessories. A warm and welcoming environment for our customers to visit and for our team to work. In 2023 our brand new purpose built Crows Nest Showroom was completed and we can’t wait to welcome you to our new space.
Our Melbourne Head Office and Distribution Centre support our Showrooms and Distributor network across Australia and New Zealand. Our support team are specialists in finance, HR, industrial design, marketing, operations and logistics.

Our current opportunities
Sales and Design Consultant MALVERN, VIC
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting position for an experienced and passionate Sales & Design Consultant who is committed to quality outcomes and exceptional customer service. This is a full time role located in our Malvern showroom as well as onsite consultations.
Reporting to management, your focus will be on developing and maintaining client relationships to ensure the continued growth and success of the business, assisting clients with their lighting projects, from concept, quoting and co-ordination of lighting installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving sales budgets and contributing to the growth of the business
- Managing and growing current client relationships
- Working with the sales and design team to achieve workflow outcomes
- Maintaining a client database on the ERP system
- Quoting of projects
- Assisting with the lighting project process
- Product training for customers
- Participation in trade shows and industry events
- Assisting with the upkeep of showroom
- Other duties as directed from time to time
About You
- You are confident and capable, with an enthusiasm and passion for customer service
- You have strong communication skills to ensure you can effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders
- You are organised and have impeccable attention to detail
- You have previous sales or design experience, in a similar or associated industry
- You have a proven track record of achieving personal and team KPIs
- You enjoy bringing new ideas to the table and using your initiative to improve current processes
