This elegant property of grand proportions is rich in history, having previously been a private residence and converted to a hospital; to be returned to its former glory as a private residence.
ILLUMINATING THE LANDSCAPE
Working directly with clients we were able to be involved early on in the process and designed a lighting plan to include switching which enabled multiple circuits to be incorporated into the project. This would also allow ease of access and updates in the future as the requirements of the property would evolve over time.
TRADITIONAL MEETS MODERN
With its multiple zones and spaces our brief was to highlight the traditional façade and complement the modern renovation at the rear of the property. The project was creatively lit with a focus on efficiency and symmetry. A range of lighting was incorporated from accent lighting the mature garden to step lighting the everchanging levels around the residence for safety at night. The result; a stunning project that was perfectly lit to stand the test of time.
